9/2/11 - Funeral services were held Friday morning for Cesar Rodriguez, 19, a Norwalk Sheriff's Department Explorer who was shot and killed while leaving a party in Whittier. Rodriguez had applied to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department about a week prior to his slaying.
