Josephine Terrell was presented with a bike by LBPD officer Nathan Dunn and crime scene technician Sarah Barnard Wednesday. Terrell recently had her favorite bike stolen from her Belmont Shore garage and through donations, Barnard was able to raise money to buy a new bike for her to ride.

Jay Cramer and Katy Sullivan are a unique couple. Cramer suffered a spinal cord injury. He can't walk. Katy was born without legs. They met at Rancho Los Amigos rehab center while undergoing treatment and fell in love and got married. Katy has since become a world champion runner and will be in this year's Paralympics in London. To help promote the upcoming 23rd annual America's Family Pet Expo at the Orange County Fairgrounds on April 20-22, children at the Long Beach Boys & Girls Club were given the chance to pet puppies as well as some exotic animals. Representatives from Barks of Love animal rescue center brought two puppies and a dog for the children to play with and teach them about being a responsible pet owners. Forever Wild animal sanctuary brought a desert tortoise, a baby alligator, a snake and a skink for the children to pet.
