Lytle, the Port's former deputy executive director and chief operations officer, was appointed to the top post by the Board of Harbor Commissioners late last year. Worden a command module pilot on Apollo 15, spent six days orbiting the moon and conducted the first spacewalk in deep space in the summer of 1971.
